Margaine’s Demi-Sec flows with generous white peaches, sweet spices and flowers as well as a rich, textured personality that is impossible not to admire. Despite its generosity, the signature Margaine focus is always in sight. The blend is the same as in the Brut Premier Cru, with dosage of 27 grams per liter. Disgorged June, 2010.
