Ratings & Reviews

92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The NV Brut Rosé Terroirs Chouilly-Bisseuil is an assemblage of 88% Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru and 12% Pinot Noir from Bisseuil 1er Cru, predominantly based on the 2012 vintage plus 28% reserve wines and aged for five years before release. Partly aged in oak (20%), this rosé displays a unique color that oscillates between bright apricot, onion and gold. The bouquet is highly finessed and ethereal in its fruit aromas. Pure, fine and subtle on the palate, this is a dry, fresh, elegant, well-structured and mineral rosé that shows a lot of the finesse and grace of Chardonnay and the persistent finish of a delicate Pinot Noir. Tasted April 2018." - Stephan Reinhardt (31st Aug 2018)

92 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous:
"Light, bright orange. Vibrant, mineral-driven red berry, orange zest and jasmine aromas are complemented by deeper suggestions of smoky lees and anise. Rich and broad yet surprisingly lively on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry flavors that are given lift and cut by juicy acidity. Finishes taut and stony, with echoing red fruit and leesy nuances. This robust yet tensile pink Champagne would work well with rich fish dishes or even lighter poultry preparations; it would also be fantastic with raw or rare tuna or salmon." - Josh Raynolds (Jan 2015)

91 Points - Wine Spectator Magazine:
"Floral and pretty, this pale pink rosé Champagne offers a fresh mix of white peach, strawberry, biscuit and spice notes underscored by a tang of salinity that lingers on the finish. Drink now through 2020. 2,453 cases made." – AN (Web Only - 2017)

91 Points - James Suckling:
"Bright cherries and berries with a fresh, lightly spiced pastry nose. This has plenty of appeal. The palate delivers fresh, punchy red berries with a warming, nutty wave through the finish. Drink now." - (September 5, 2018)
