"Cool Pacific Ocean winds gave our 2008 Chardonnay rich, lively tropical fruit, apple, pear, citrus, floral and mineral notes. This wine’s beautifully balanced flavors first dance with bright acidity on the palate, and then turn rich and creamy on the finish. Pair this elegant Chardonnay with whatever tingles your palate; seared scallops with Meyer lemon, grilled chicken breasts and smoked salmon with angel hair pasta are a few possibilities. Or just enjoy a glass to unwind at the end of the day."
