Notes from the Winemaker:

Grapes: 90% Negroamaro, 10% Malvasia Nera.

Vineyard: Parcels cultivated on deep, dry limestone-clay-siliceous soil.

Vinification: The grapes are picked very early in the morning and are immediately taken to the cellars where they undergo a gentle pressing. There is a very short contact between the skins and the must, which is fermented at a controlled temperature in special steel tanks. The wine is bottled at the end of March. 

Wine: Bright pink colour; floral fruity bouquet; dry, full, elegant, clean flavor with a light aftertaste of fruit which lingers in the mouth.

Analytical details: 13% alcohol; 5.70g/l total acidity; 3.30 pH; 3,50g/l residual sugar; 23g/l dry
extract.
