Notes from the Winemaker:

40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 30% Syrah

From 35+ year old vines on galets covered slopes on a base of red clay. Grapes are harvested at night over a period of three passes for optimal color and ripeness. Cold fermentation, vinification and elevage in stainless steel.

Alcohol: 13.5%
