About This Wine:

The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Cima Corgo. After being chilled overnight to 5ºC, the grapes are crushed and go through a pre-fermentative “cold soak” in tank for 12 hours at 10ºC. The must is then pressed and the juice transferred to another tank where it is inoculated and ferments gently for two weeks at a maximum temperature of 15ºC.

This wine has a lively pink color and fresh raspberry and tropical aromas that show a distinct Touriga Nacional character. On the palate, the wine’s vibrant natural acidity lends this wine balance and a long, elegant finish. This wine is best enjoyed chilled, not cold, about 12-14ºC.

What Does It Taste Like?

A light salmon colour. A touch of mango and clementines on the nose. A crisp and delicate flavor, with nuances of peach and passion fruit, with a long and refreshing finish.
