About This Wine:

Eliseo di Serra is an excellent dry white wine that combines choice grapes from the Fiano and Coda di Volpe vines with a certain balance of flavor and humor so that one’s personality does not affect the other. Straw-colored, with reflections that verge on green, Eliseo has a harmonious, fruity bouquet with a dry and slightly acidic taste. Best served chilled, ideally with fish or seafood dishes.
