About This Wine:

Gamay is a grape of French origin used in the new wine production of Beaujolais. Its physiological characteristics make this grape particularly suited for the climate and it is widely used in the Valle d’Aoste region. The result here is a delicate wine, balanced and with a pleasant scent that goes well with local meats and the various soups of the Aosta Valley. Gamay is a delicate ruby red and its perfumes are floral and fruity with hints of violet and strawberry. In the mouth it is dry, warm and soft with elegant and delicate tannins.
