This 2007 Syrah is a nice, smooth easy drinking wine showing infused characteristics of violet, black cherry fruit and subtle hints of black pepper. Soft tannins on the mid palate with a touch of spice through the finish make this Syrah a perfect match for lamb, beef or white cheese pasta.
