The 2007 Juliet is 100% cabernet sauvignon, grown from Juliet’s bench on our Stags Ridge Ranch. Stylish entry of black fruit, cherry, cocoa, and tobacco box notes. This elegant cabernet sauvignon offers nicely structured tannin ’s with a lasting finish of 45 plus seconds.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it exhibits a dark ruby/purple color in addition to abundant amounts of creme de cassis and floral characteristics, full-bodied power, supple tannins, a layered mouthfeel, and a long, savory finish.
