“The Cabernet Sauvignon for the Diamond Selection comes from our High Ranch Vineyard, located on Bennett Lane below Mount Saint Helena. We select only the highest grade clusters from this 40 acre parcel. The resulting wine is rich and luscious with soft tannins and smooth structure. Elegantly concentrated with a purity of flavors. Intense black cherry, blackberry, mocha and cedar continuously unfold to reveal broad, structured tannins. A full-bodied wine with a persistent finish. Our favorite pairings for this wine include rib eye, lamb sliders, grilled kabobs and osso buco.
