About This Sake:

The original sake of the brewery since starting in 1871.  Also very suitable to be drunk warm. Fits to a wide variety of dishes. Excellent price-quality ratio. Received the bronze medal in the International Wine Challenge of 2007 in the category Sake.

Recommended dishes: oden, sukiyaki, grilled yellowtail and other grilled fish with a somewhat sweet and full taste; in the case of sushi, tuna and conger eel; sweet and sour pork; steak, beef stew and fried shrimp.
