About This Wine:

Description of the Wine:
Color: Strong ruby red. Clear and transparent.
Bouquet: Notes of vanilla and ethereal airs depending on the period of aging in the barrel; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries depending on the varieties of grape.
Flavor: Strong, rounded and warm structure. This is a well-balanced wine. After-taste confirms the notes in the bouquet. It has an enduring and persistent flavor.

2007 Vintage: The harvest period was characterized by stable weather conditions, sun and wind, with a considerable range in temperature between day and night, creating a favourable environment for the maturation and the selection of the grapes that were designated to the production of the Amarone of the Valpolicella and the Recioto of the Valpolicella.

The 2007 vintage will be remembered for the production amount that was is line with the yield per hectare provided by the production guidelines, for the early start of the season and also for the excellent grapes that were brought to complete maturation.
