He adds the same quality standards and attention to detail for Foxglove that he puts into every barrel of single-vineyard Varner wine. Foxglove wines have not had tartaric acid additions, water added, reverse osmosis or any other non-natural technique often found in wines at this price. He transmits the flavor and purity of the appellation in a fruit forward, approachable style. Foxglove's flavor profile has a balance between fruit, freshness and concentration, and above all, it delivers the same commitment to quality found in Varner Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
