Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (2015 Vintage):
"The 2015 Grüner Veltliner Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg displays a clear and crisp fruit aroma of mango and peaches. Round and tropical in its fruit expression, this is a medium-bodied, pretty charming everyday white with banana aromas and a crowd-pleasing sweetness." - Stephan Reinhardt (Apr 2016)

95 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine:
"The nose is still closed but already whispers of fragrant citrus show. The palate strikingly combines a core of ultraripe fruit—think juicy mandarin, golden peach and gorgeously aromatic blood orange—and a masterful lightness of touch. The freshness is chiselled and precise, the finish is lasting and impressive, but never losing its unforced gentle nature and the lightest touch." - Anne Krebiehl MW (3/1/2017)

91 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (2014 Vintage):
"Cool and fresh on the nose, with golden delicious, discreet citrus and some flinty crushed stone flavors on the nose opens the 2014 Riesling Federspiel Vom Stein. Expressive, intense and piquant, clearly driven by its stony origin and the coolish vintage, this is a highly authentic and gastronomic Riesling with lots of salt and white fresh fruit aromas in the finish. Pretty complex, this is an impressively pure and persistent Riesling with grip and tension."

92-93 Points - Antonio Galloni:
"Last tasted from tank, this smells esterously and sweetly of ripe quince, lychee, honeydew and caramelized parsnip, almost as if it were a blend incorporating Chenin Blanc and Gewürztraminer. A glossy and enveloping midpalate delivers a luscious reprise of the aforementioned elements, accompanied by seductive inner-mouth chamomile perfume, while alkaline and mossy notes lend intrigue to the soothingly sustained finish." - David Schildknecht (Feb 2017)

Medium golden-yellow; with air, the nose delivers a basket full of fruit if served not too cool: pears, apples, gooseberries, greengages and a little bit of mango, mingling with a fresh bunch of herbs – amazingly deep and multi-faceted aromas. On the palate this is succulent, exuding flavors as clear as spring water. Drifts along endlessly, yet has you immediately wanting another glass. Again, proof of how wonderfully Roter Veltliner can taste. Forget Chablis, choose this one to go with your oysters.

90 Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Picked with 30% botrytis, the 2013 Cuvée Auslese is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Welschriesling, bottled with 80 grams of residual sugar and 11% alcohol. The bouquet is subtle and fine, displaying a nice raisin and pineapple flavor. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with a nice raciness and a clear finish, this is a subtle and delicate Auslese. The wine has finesse and a good and stimulating, grippy finish." - Stephan Reinhardt (Apr 2016)

92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The darkest wine since 2003 (so with less botrytis), the 2013 Zweigelt Beerenauslese offers an intense and aromatic bouquet of ripe plums with cinnamon. Sweet and round on the very elegant palate, this is a well concentrated and structured sweet wine that should be excellent with Schwarzwälderkirsch Torte and chocolate with lower cacao content." - Stephan Reinhardt (27th Apr 2016)

91 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous:
"A gorgeous nose evokes saffron, moss, iris and lily-of-the-valley along with anticipations of the white peach and apple that then dominate a slightly waxy, palpably dense yet buoyant palate. Orange rind accents and the persistence of inner-mouth floral perfume add appeal, leading to a finish of infectious juiciness, delightful levity (at well under 12% alcohol) and seeming suffusion of crushed stone. Most of the truly astonishing values from this vintage involve Grüner Veltliner, but here’s a Riesling whose price/quality rapport wows. What’s more, its energetically interactive and refreshing appeal had not dimmed in the least on the occasion of a September 2105 retasting." - David Schildknecht (September 2015)

91 Points - Antonio Galloni:
"The site-typical floral dimension here penetratingly and muskily suggests buddleia and narcissus, which continue to inflect juicy apple, lime, honeydew melon and white peach on a satiny palate. Cooling green herb notes add to the soothing though refreshing effect of a sustained finish. This is demure today in comparison with the corresponding Steinmassl as well as to its two immediate sibling bottlings of Bründlmayer Heiligenstein. But it should eventually take a prominent place in the long line of memorable and ageworthy wines from these parcels." - David Schildknecht (January 2015)
