97 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous:
"The 2012 Chablis Blanchot jumps from the glass with serious intensity, power and pure texture. A wine of unusual volume and resonance, the 2012 clearly reflects the unique personality of a vintage in which yields were down 50%. The 2012 is a dizzying, totally vertical wine endowed with stunning depth and tons of breed. In a word: captivating." - Antonio Galloni (Aug 2014)

Allen Meadows Burghound:
"This too offers a bit more Chablis character that adds interest to the fresh array of white flower, citrus and oyster shell scents. I like the sense of energy to the delicious, round and intense medium weight flavors that also culminate in a dry and clean finale that delivers slightly better overall depth. Note that this should drink well young if that's your preference." - (Oct 08, 2016)

92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Chablis 1er Cru Forets has a tightly wound bouquet, perhaps a little resinous compared to other premier crus, with a touch of nutmeg developing with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with a citric twist on the entry—touches of orange zest and clementine leading to a pretty, poised and quite elegant finish. What a beauty this Forêts is becoming." - Neal Martin (31st Aug 2017)

93 Points - Allen Meadows' Burghound:
"Unlike many '99 Chablis that are frankly rather dilute in character, the '99 Raveneau Clos exudes plenty of classic Chablis character, indeed so much so that there is simply nothing else it could be. There is still a faint trace of wood present on the ripe yet elegant white fruit and green apple aromas that are now fully mature. The big, robust and palate staining flavors are blessed with ample amounts of dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the long, powerful and mineral-infused finish. The mid-palate is admirably dense for the vintage and this should be capable of continuing to hold well. I have had relatively consistent notes save for one bottle that displayed definite signs of premox." - ( Jul 12, 2017)

93 Points - Stephen Tanzer (2014 vintage):
"Pale straw-yellow. Sweaty, savory aromas of fresh peach, ginger, quinine and crushed rock. Wonderfully generous, even silky, on the front half, as much floral and marrowy as peachy in the early going. With its strong impression of terroir, this wine already delivers a lot of personality, but its strong finishing saline minerality and brisk acidity call for at least a couple years of delayed gratification. This very ripe, smooth but vivacious 2014 grand cru should age gracefully." - Stephen Tanzer (Jul 2016)

91-93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Chablis 1Er Cru Vaillons is more tightly wound on the nose compared to the Séchet, but it eventually reveals scents of lemon curd, white flowers and flint scents. The palate is very well balanced, caressing in the mouth, again quite spicy with stem ginger and white pepper generously lavished on the tensile finish, with dried honey smeared over the aftertaste. This is doubtlessly a classy Vaillon, although here I found it eclipsed by the Séchet." - Neal Martin (30th Aug 2016)

90-92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Chablis 1Er Cru Montmains, which comes from parcels located in Butteaux, Fôret and Montmains itself, had a pleasant reductive note on the nose that did not seem to impede the terroir expression. The palate is taut and focused, fresh right from the start with a crisp line of acidity, full of energy and tension. Dare I say, this is more like a 2014 on the finish thanks to its tension. This is certainly worth seeking out" - Neal Martin (30th Aug 2016)

92+ Points - Stephen Tanzer:
"Pale, bright yellow. Quite closed on the nose, hinting at pineapple, menthol and wet stone. Dense and smooth on the palate but extremely unforthcoming today, displaying dry, slightly reduced flavors of lemon drop and crushed stone. This sharply chiseled, mineral-driven wine boasts terrific structure for a graceful evolution in the bottle. Owing to its austerity, salinity and inner-mouth tension, it's more about Vaudésir than it is about the 2015 vintage." - Stephen Tanzer (Aug 2017)

94 Points - Stephen Tanzer:
"Pale, bright yellow. More feminine on the nose than the Valmur, offering aromas of citrus fruits, pear and white flowers plus a soupçon of oak spice. Very silky, seamless and refined but also shows terrific intensity and floral lift. Harmonious acidity leavens the density of this wine, giving it an almost weightless impression in the mouth. Perfectly integrated and balanced from the start. The impressively long, rising finish features piquant notes of citrus peel, minerals and flowers. I'd give this fine-grained beauty a good five years in the cellar before pulling the cork." - Stephen Tanzer (Aug 2017)

90-92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Chablis 1Er Cru Fourchaume comes from eight parcels on marn soils within the lieu-dit of Vaulorent. It has a delightful bouquet with scents of fresh pear, a hint of marzipan; it is sweet and charming while retaining Chablis-like austerity and poise. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, well poised with a touch of salinity developing towards the harmonious finish. This is another excellent wine from William Fevre." - Neal Martin (30th Aug 2016)
