This tart little number is a traditional fruit beer with a Kiwi twist.  Upfront it's all boysenberry, fat and smooth through the middle with a dry finish. A wheat beer that's been fermented with a generous serving of berry to create a dark red brew with pink bead.  This malt beverage brewed with boysenberries is perfect served in a glass ....or two.

Invercargill Brewery seasonal beer built to share.  A special occasion smoked bock reminiscent of the old smoked beers of Europe. A strong hit of manuka smoke dissolves this into a smooth malty finish making this a real beer of distinction.  Like all classics, it will age beautifully.

Our artisan in charge created the Stoke Bomber Bohemian Ale to straddle the ale/lager debate perfectly. Everyone will enjoy the interaction of wheat and lightly roasted barley with the lively citrus and pepper flavours. The ale team will promote its rich golden hue, fully rounded mouthfeel and engaging honeyed malt complexity. The lager camp will insist that the spicy hop emphasis is classic Bohemian. Which side are you on?

The pilsner is brewed to a classic European recipe using 100% New Zealand malt and New Zealand Saaz hops. This gives it a traditional hop bitterness, flavour and aroma of a true pilsner. An authentic Czech pilsner yeast was selected for its ability to ferment at very low temperatures to produce low levels of esters and other by-products while enhancing the malt perception and allowing the clean crisp bitterness to show in the foreground. A full strength beer with 5% alc/vol.

Brewed in one of the southernmost breweries in the world, this ale is like a spring thunderstorm: dark, breezy, exhilarating, and unsurprisingly wet. It's near black and malty rich, yet is also fresh and joyously hoppy - a juxtaposition of beer styles that we call "Pot Kettle Black".
