93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2006 Amarone della Valpolicella is fabulous. Dark cherries, plums, menthol, leather and licorice flow effortlessly from this rich, round Amarone. This shows marvelous richness and density while avoiding heaviness in a moderately concentrated style for Amarone. Bitter chocolate and mocha linger on the intense yet beautifully crafted finish. This is another superb effort from Tedeschi. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2022. " - Antonio Galloni (Feb 2011)

A classic red from the heart of the Bardolino DOCG zone. This wine is layered with raspberry and cherry fruit and balanced by aspicy and an elegant finish. Don't let the term, "table wine" fool you, this red is fantastic with a special meal or as an everyday treat. Great with prosciutto, antipasti, tomato based pastas and especially good when paired with Mediterranean cuisine and poultry.

95 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Dal Forno should really change the name of his 2005 Valpolicella Superiore. It is really an Amarone for all practical intents and purposes, as it is made entirely from fruit that has been dried, albeit for less time than that legally required for Amarone. Firm, sturdy tannins frame blackberries, blueberries, violets and new leather in the 2005 Valpolicella. This is an especially structured, shut-down wine, even within the context of Dal Forno. The wine’s gorgeous inner perfume and sheer depth suggest that all that is required is patience. With time in the glass the tannins soften just enough to get a glimpse of what is in store for those who can wait a few years. Bittersweet chocolate, graphite and tar are layered into the authoritative finish. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025." - Antonio Galloni (Feb 2011)

"This fresh, juicy red is driven by a rich note of black licorice snap, mixed with flavors of damson plum and crushed currant, with accents of freshly ground spices-anise, clove and cardamom. Shows fine balance and polish throughout, with a sweet smoke note and subtle tannins building on the finish. Drink now through 2026.—A.N. (Aug 3, 2011)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:

"The 2008 Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Monti Garbi is a wonderfully ripe, juicy red with terrific delineation in its aromatics and fruit. The long, polished finish adds considerable appeal. The Monte Garbi is another of the stand outs among the estate's entry-level wines. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2014." - Antonio Galloni (Aug 2010)
