Notes from the Winemaker:

The grapes are strictly harvested by hand during the first week of October and after fermentions, the wine is aged 12 months in French oak.

What Does It Taste Like?

It offers an amazing nose of crushed blackberry and licorice. Really powerful and full-bodied, with masses of fruit, chewy tannins and intense flavors of blackberry, tar and dark chocolate.
