A seasonal combination of the dubbel and tripel styles. Dark brown in color with a huge rocky head. Noticeable alchohol in the nose with hints of sherry, licorice and a little burnt caramel. Rich, dark and chocolatey like a dubbel, yet honeyed and buttery like a tripel.
