93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:"Another superb effort is the 2006 Cabernet Franc, a blend of 65% Sonoma fruit and the rest from Napa. Its dark plum/ruby color is followed by a knock-out nose of smoke, underbrush, black cherries, macerated raspberries, and blackberries. Sweet and expansive with a velvety texture as well as opulence, complexity, and length, this fabulous Cabernet Franc can be drunk over the next 8-10 years."

92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate ('05 vintage):"A blend of fruit from Sonoma (79% ) and Napa (21%), the deep ruby/purple-hued 2005 Cabernet Franc exhibits glorious notes of chocolate, menthol, cedar, incense, black cherries, and mulberries. Surprisingly dense, yet light on its feet, it possesses medium body, silky tannin, and tremendous fragrance as well as personality. Drink it over the next 7-8 years.
Pride Mountain Vineyard’s well-known viticulturist, Romel Rivera, produces impressive wines under his own label, Corte Riva. Working closely with winemaker Bob Foley has been to his benefit, and Foley’s winemaking philosophy is apparent in these brilliant reds."
