About This Wine:

Late harvest (November) of Campo del gatto vineyard grapes. 8 day of fermentation on grape skins at a 28°C controlled temperature and then the wine is put in wood barrels.  Aged 12 months 3000 liters Oak barrel.

What Does It Taste Like?

Dark, enticing nose, with black fruit, ripe prunes, cherry and a hint of spice. Full-bodied, with a well-balanced, smooth palate, with lightly velvety tannins, lots of flavor and a long finish.
