About This Wine:

Quadro Sei is a beautiful winery blessed with 30 year-old vines situated in the rolling hills of Castel Boglione in the region of Piemonte. This is a land of Cortese grapes, pesto and truffles. Quadro Sei's setting lends itself to producing cool, clean and crisp whites that are characteristic of Gavi and divine with the local cuisine.

Grown in chalky mineral soil. Southern exposure at an altitude of between 180-250 meters above sea level. Piedmont low Guyot Trellis. Average age of vines 35 years. Planting density 4,000- 4,500 vines per hectare. The fruit is harvested the end of September. Quadro Sei’s Gavi is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

What Does It Taste Like?

Crystalline light pale straw in the glass with a fairly intense nose of lemon & citrus fruits. Great mouth feel & crisp citrus acidity with a nice mineral quality that leads into a vibrant & lengthy tropical/citrus finish.
