Notes from the Winemaker:

A 60/40 blend of our Petite Sirah and our Syrah from our vineyards on Dry Creek near Modesto. This wine is very smooth, with profound mouth feel, dark and rich. A great wine to drink alone or paired with grilled lamb, beef or pork. It pairs well with spicy foods because it produces a bold yet richness that produces a "harmonious" result with barbecued meats. May be aged 15+ years.

Aged in Wood: 17.5 months
Type of Wood: Neutral French oak barrels with Innerstave 80% medium toasted French oak staves
