95 Points - James Suckling:
"Super wild and attractive, ripe strawberry aromas, leading to a super juicy and deep-set impression. The palate carries a lithe, juicy and very energetic array of super expressive fruit and a hint of savory complexity, just starting on the finish. Drink now." - (February 18, 2019)

Best Buy - Wine Enthusiast (2018 Vintage):
"This Beaune negociant has produced a ripe, black-fruit-flavored wine that has tannins as well as richness. With its structure along with the acidity and brightness, the wine could age, but is also delicious now." - Roger Voss (3/1/2019)

93-95) Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is 20% whole cluster fruit matured in around 60% new oak. It has a very fragrant bouquet with blackberry and briary scents, nicely detailed and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine chalky tannin, well judged acidity and a harmonious, detailed finish that is a real treat. This is a sophisticated and compelling Clos Vougeot from Thibault Liger-Belair." - Neal Martin (Dec 2015)

88-90 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Hautes Côtes de Nuits Clos de Prieuré comes from limestone and white marl soils that tends to ripen earlier than the others according to Thibault Liger-Belair. It offers a more austere and reserved bouquet at first, but soon opens with attractive red cherry and chalk dust aromas. The palate is energetic and sorbet-fresh on the entry, lively and brisk with a taut line of acidity, with the finish quite reserved in style but very focused and long in the mouth. Very fine." - Neal Martin (30th Dec 2016)

Allen Meadows' Burghound:
"An exuberantly fresh array of plum, earth and pretty dark currant aromas leads to rich and surprisingly bold flavors that possess very good mid-palate density, all wrapped in a lightly stony and saline finish that is presently youthfully austere. Good stuff here and ageworthy too." - (Jan 2018)

91-93 Points - Allen Meadows' Burghound:
" An intensely earthy and sauvage-infused nose is composed by notes of dark raspberry, violet and a hint of spice. There is once again fine volume, energy and intensity to the broad-shouldered flavors that possess excellent minerality that really comes up on the relatively refined, balanced and austere finale. This is also sufficiently firm that at least some forbearance will be required." - (Jan 2018)
Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair Richebourg Grand Cru 2016 (Burgundy, France) - [BH 92-95]

94-96 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2016 Richebourg Grand Cru includes 30% whole cluster fruit, the highest at the domaine ever, which Thibaut said combined all the elements of the vineyard together. There was just a slight reduction on the nose, though underneath lies intense blackberry and raspberry fruit, hints of truffle and cedar and then later subtle white flower scents. This seems to gather momentum in the glass, and it fans out beautifully on the regal finish. It will clearly require some time in bottle, so find a berth for this in your cellar and then forget about it. Not forever. Just say 8 to 10 years for it to show its pedigree." - Neal Martin (29th Dec 2017)
Domaine Thibault Liger Belair Vosne-Romanee "Aux Reas" 2016 (Burgundy, France)

90-92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2016 Vosne-Romanée Aux Réas, which was 100% destemmed, sported some reduction on the nose that Thibaut wants to keep in barrel. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit, fine acidity and a fresh, well-structured, minerally finish that punches above its village cru status." - Neal Martin (29th Dec 2017)
