Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2017 Chablis is also showing very well, unwinding in the glass to reveal aromas of pear, smoke, dried white flowers and fresh pastry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with good depth and concentration, concluding with a nicely defined finish." - William Kelley (30th Aug 2019)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (2017 Vintage):
"The 2017 Petit Chablis offers up aromas of fresh peach, white flowers, orange rind and oyster shell, framed by a delicate touch of reduction, followed by a medium-bodied, tensile and precise palate that's racier and more incisive than the Jean-Claude Courtault bottling (both domaines being run by the same family in the same winery). It's a very creditable and eminently thirst-quenching effort that's crying out for crustaceans." - William Kelley (30th Aug 2019)

92 Points - Allen Meadows Burghound:
"A cool and relatively restrained nose is really quite pretty once it begins to open with good Chablis character that gradually emerges in the form of iodine, oyster shell, citrus rind and mostly white pear scents. There is both good volume and verve to the delicious and vibrant medium weight flavors that flash evident minerality on the attractively textured, long and well-balanced finale. This needs more depth, but it may well develop it and even if it doesn't, there is plenty to admire. Moreover, this is not so tightly wound that it couldn't be enjoyed on the younger side." (6/2020)

Vinous:
"The 2016 Chablis has a clean and precise, quite traditional bouquet with chiseled flinty aromas and touches of citrus peel/Granny Smith apples. Tasted blind at the BIVB Chablis tasting." - Neal Martin (Aug 2018)

93 Points - Allen Meadows' Burghound:
"Unlike many '99 Chablis that are frankly rather dilute in character, the '99 Raveneau Clos exudes plenty of classic Chablis character, indeed so much so that there is simply nothing else it could be. There is still a faint trace of wood present on the ripe yet elegant white fruit and green apple aromas that are now fully mature. The big, robust and palate staining flavors are blessed with ample amounts of dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the long, powerful and mineral-infused finish. The mid-palate is admirably dense for the vintage and this should be capable of continuing to hold well. I have had relatively consistent notes save for one bottle that displayed definite signs of premox." - ( Jul 12, 2017)

94 Points - Stephen Tanzer:
"Pale, bright yellow. More feminine on the nose than the Valmur, offering aromas of citrus fruits, pear and white flowers plus a soupçon of oak spice. Very silky, seamless and refined but also shows terrific intensity and floral lift. Harmonious acidity leavens the density of this wine, giving it an almost weightless impression in the mouth. Perfectly integrated and balanced from the start. The impressively long, rising finish features piquant notes of citrus peel, minerals and flowers. I'd give this fine-grained beauty a good five years in the cellar before pulling the cork." - Stephen Tanzer (Aug 2017)

93-95 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bourgerots has an excellent bouquet, very well defined and perhaps demonstrating the most mineralité and tension of all William Fevre's 2015s. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, quite saline in the mouth with fresh lime and green apple; it has fine tension and quite an intense finish that lingers long, thanks to the undercurrent of salinity. William Fevre's strongest player in 2015? Most probably." - Neal Martin (30th Aug 2016)

92-93 Points - James Suckling:
"This has such fleshy and attractively ripe peach and lemon aromas with a palate that’s so precisely carved into shape, offering smooth-honed, rich, acid-cut lemons and white peaches. Some light hazelnut bread to close. Drink on release or hold." - (14 Jul, 2019)

91-93 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous:
"The 2017 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru comes from 2.2-ha of vine, harvested around 22hl/ha. It has a crisp, slightly floral bouquet with oyster leaf, dill, fresh citrus fruit and a touch of wet limestone. The palate is lively and fresh in the mouth and shows a little more depth and concentration than the Mont de Milieu. It flows and fans out nicely towards the finish and should offer several years of drinking pleasure." - Neal Martin (Aug 2018)
