93-94 Points - Vinous:
"Aromas of ripe, spice-tinged dark berries and pungent flowers are sharpened by sneaky mineral and spice flourishes. Spicy and focused on the palate, offering juicy blackberry, cherry and violet pastille flavors that are complicated by salty olive and cracked pepper nuances. Fleshes out with air while maintaining liveliness and finishes bright, spicy and quite long, displaying sharp clarity, even tannins and lingering florality. " - Josh Raynolds (May 2020)

93 Points - Vinous (2016 Vintage):
"Opaque ruby. Spice-accented red and blue fruits, potpourri, olive, incense and smoky minerals on the highly perfumed nose. Juicy, penetrating and alluringly sweet, offering densely packed black raspberry, blueberry, spicecake and violet pastille flavors that are lifted and sharpened by a spine of juicy acidity. Youthfully chewy tannins add grip to the impressively long, mineral-laced finish, which strongly echoes the floral note." - Josh Raynolds (Sep 2019)

94+ Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2013 Côte Rôtie la Landonne is a longer term prospect that will require patience. It offers youthful, yet beautifully pure notes of black cherries, roasted herbs, licorice and distinct minerality to go with a medium to full-bodied, structured, tannic yet balanced feel on the palate. Completely destemmed and aged in 40% new French oak, I followed this bottle for multiple days and it continued to gain more and more mid-palate depth, without losing purity or freshness. Give bottles 5-6 years of cellaring and enjoy through 2038." - (30th Dec 2015)

96 Points & #21 Top 100 Wines of 2019 - Wine Spectator:
"Dark and winey, this is youthfully tight, with a core of intense black cherry and black currant preserves, encased within layers of olive, singed alder, juniper and iron. Very focused and driven through the finish. Cellar for maximum effect. Best from 2022 through 2038. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 23,333 cases made, 700 cases imported." - JM (Nov 15, 2019)

98 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Even better than last year, the recently bottled 2017 Cote Rotie La Cote Blonde was singing when I tasted it back in July. Floral and berry notes accent mocha-tinged aromas in this medium to full-bodied wine. It's silky, long and intense, with a couple of decades of life ahead of it. It's simply difficult to describe the waves of savory complexity this wine now shows, coupled with a succulent texture and tremendous length." - Joe Czerwinski (19th Dec 2019)

97-99 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The most tannic of the "big three" bottlings this year, the 2018 Cote Rotie la Cote Blonde features elegant hints of mixed herbs entwined around bold boysenberry fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, with plentiful fine-grained tannins that firm up on the long finish. Embryonic, but oh so promising, it should blossom in another five years or so." - Joe Czerwinski (19th Dec 2019)

97+ Points - Jeb Dunnuck:
"I loved the 2017 Côte Rôtie La Landonne, a magical expression of the Grand Cru terroir. Deep purple-hued with killer notes of black raspberries, bacon fat, ground herbs, and obvious minerality, this beauty is full-bodied, has ultra-fine tannins, a deep, concentrated mid-palate, and a finish that won’t quit. Do your best to hold bottles for 4-5 years." - Jeb Dunnuck (12/12/2019)

96-98 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"For the 2018 Cote Rotie la Landonne, Pierre Rostaing put together a blend from two barrels. Wow. Toast and mocha notes frame raspberries and blueberries in this medium to full-bodied offering. It's simultaneously rich, silky and concentrated. Packed with flavor and depth, it looks as if it will be approachable within a couple of years yet be capable of evolving for a couple of decades." - Joe Czerwinski (19th Dec 2019)

94 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Bottled in July, the 2015 Cote Rotie Ampodium is fairly full-bodied and quite rich. The black olive and raspberry notes verge on being jammy but are balanced by peppery spice and firm, savory tannins. Give it 5 years in the cellar to settle down, and drink it over the next decade and a half or more. For an entry-level wine, it's remarkable." - Joe Czerwinski (December 2017)
93 Points - Wine Spectator:
"A bright flash of white pepper gives way to bay leaf, crushed bitter plum and raspberry coulis flavors, with a sleek iron edge. Racy and youthfully taut, but shows ample stuffing for cellaring. Best from 2020 through 2035."—J.M.

91-93 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous Media:
"Youthful violet. Sexy, mineral-driven aromas of ripe red and dark berries, candied flowers and Indian spices show excellent clarity and lift. Sweet and expansive on the palate, offering juicy, nicely concentrated black raspberry and cherry flavors and a hint of allspice. A subtle olive nuance arrives with air and carries through a long, youthfully tannic finish." - Josh Raynolds (Apr 2017)

100 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"A wine that's certainly not for those seeking instant gratification, the 2010 Cote Rotie la Landonne is a powerhouse Cote Rotie that offers up deep, masculine notes of crushed rocks, smoked meats, game, espresso and assorted dark cassis and currant-like fruit. Full-bodied, tight, structured and backward, with fabulous mid-palate density and length, it needs to be forgotten in the cellar for a decade, but will have 40-50 years of overall longevity." - Jeb Dunnuck (Sept 2015)
