93 Points & Cellar Selection - Wine Enthusiast Magazine:
"Delicate whiffs of spice, vanilla and toast persist from nose to finish in this lavish but well-balanced wine. It's full bodied and silky, with concentrated fresh apple and yellow plum flavors. Fresh acidity and savory hints of smoked nuts and dried herbs lend elegance as it persists. Hold until 2022." - Anna Lee C. Iijima (7/1/2018)

92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"I was blown away by the 2015 Côtes du Rhône Yves Cheron les Dentelles. Made from 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah aged all in cement, it’s a big, rich, full-bodied beauty that’s loaded with notions of kirsch, blackberries, toasted spices and white pepper. Deep, rich, concentrated and impeccably balanced, it’s the real deal." - Jeb Dunnuck (Dec 2016)

"Beautiful, garrigue herbs and flowers across fragrant, red berries. The palate has a very deep-set, plush and ripe core of dark-berry flavors, amid glossy, ripe tannins. Great value. Drink or hold." - (August 29, 2018)

91-93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Tasted as a representative sample that was blended from several foudres, the 2017 Cotes du Rhone Coudoulet de Beaucastel looks to be another sensational example of this wine. Sourced just outside the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, it's full-bodied yet silky and long, with standout aromas of lavender and crushed stone backed by layers of cherry and berry fruit. Let's hope the prices don't escalate too much given the vintage's low yields." - Joe Czerwinski (Aug 2018)

93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"I know some readers will find it hard to believe, but the 2011 Nostre Pais Blanc’s aromas and rich, honeyed, full-bodied texture reminded me of the famous white Chateauneuf du Pape made by Beaucastel, which sells for three or more times the price. An amazing blend of 90% Grenache Blanc, 5% Roussanne and 5% Viognier aged six months in French oak, the Roussanne component jumps from the glass, offering notes of acacia flowers, honeysuckle, white peach, quince and pineapple. The flamboyant, intense aromatics are followed by a full-bodied, exuberant, dry white wine that must be tasted to be believed. I suspect this offering has some aging potential, but why risk it given how beautiful it is showing at present. I recommend consuming it over the next several years." - Robert Parker (Jun 2012)
