90+ Points - Vinous:
"Very pale, green-tinged yellow. Aromas of crushed stone and pink grapefruit show good ripeness and lift. Dense, sappy and concentrated, with menthol and stony mineral notes complementing pineapple and grapefruit flavors. Fine-grained in the middle palate but distinctly tight on the finish, even a little tart-edged, and in need of patience. There was a bit of frost in these vines, noted Jean-Claude Ramonet." Stephen Tanzer - (Sep 2018)

94+ Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2016 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Ruchottes is superb, wafting from the glass with aromas of Anjou pear, iodine, tangerine oil and wet stones, subtly framed by a delicate touch of new wood. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with excellent concentration, incisive acids and a long, precise finish. This is more old-fashioned than the 2014 rendition, and if that wine resembles the domaine's 2010, this has more affinities with the 2008." - William Kelley (4th Jan 2019)

92 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous:
"Burlotto's 2015 Barolo is absolutely gorgeous. Pliant and open-knit, the straight Barolo captures all of the natural richness of the vintage. Succulent red cherry, plum, lavender, rose petal, spice and new leather all meld together in a supple, inviting Barolo that will be impossible to resist in its youth. This is such a beautiful and alluring wine. The base of the Burlotto Barolo is built on Breri, which is adjacent to Monvigliero, plus the portions of Rocche dell' Olmo and Neirane that don't make it into the Acclivi. This is a positively stellar wine. Don't miss it." - Antonio Galloni (Feb 2019)

93+ Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"A big heat wave in July was the salient weather factor in this vintage. The harvest began early and continued for five weeks. Abundant smoke, chocolate, espresso roast, cassis and mocha characteristics are found in this full-bodied, powerful, layered Cabernet. Although not quite as seamless as the nearly perfect 2005 Private Reserve, it is a big, dense beauty from a somewhat forgotten Napa Valley vintage. Give it 3-4 years of cellaring and drink it over the following two decades or more." - Robert Parker (Jun 2011)

98 Points - Antonio Galloni's Vinous Media:
"The 2016 Dow’s Vintage Port is based around the Vinha dos Ecos vineyard behind Bomfim, populated predominantly by mature Touriga Franca vines that were cropped at just 0.68kg per vine. It has a quite astonishing bouquet with layer upon layer of intense black cherry and cassis fruit, touches of clove, leather and a hint of over-ripe Satsuma. This is a mercurial bouquet that keeps changing in the glass, revealing smoky/burning ember scents with time. The palate is quite magnificent – perfectly balanced with a killer thread of acidity slicing through such pure intense black fruit that there is no heaviness at all. There is a sense of thrust on the finish as it fans out with almost careless abandon, a Vintage Port so self-assured that you can only sit back in amazement. Simply one of the best Dow’s ever made." - Neal Martin (June 2018)

"This is divinely sweet without ever becoming cloying. A blend of 89% Sémillon and 11% Sauvignon Blanc from grapes grown in Coombsville, it offers a clean, creamy palate of peat, caramel, vanilla wafer, nuts and honey. If a finishing touch of sweetness is needed at the end of any meal, this is your wine." - Virginie Boone (5/1/2018)"

"The entry-level Santa Lucia Highlands cuvée is the 2016 Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands, a mix of all the single vineyards, fermented with 15% stems. Black raspberries, blueberries, crushed flowers, and violet notes all emerge from this rich, textured, and fruit-forward effort. It's a powerful, textured, and ready to go. Drink it over the coming 5-6 years." - Jeb Dunnuck (2/14/2019)
